Pinna ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through our website and waitlist, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What we collect

We do not collect your name, phone number, company, payment information, or any other personal data through the waitlist form.

2. How we use your data

Send you a confirmation email to verify your signup (double opt-in)
Notify you when Pinna launches or opens early access
Send occasional product updates (no more than 2 emails per month during pre-launch)

We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-party processors

All processors are bound by data processing agreements and handle data in accordance with GDPR requirements.

4. Data retention

Active waitlist: We retain your email until product launch plus 3 months, or until you unsubscribe — whichever comes first.
Post-launch subscribers: We retain your email while you remain subscribed. Inactive subscribers (no opens for 12 months) are removed automatically.
If we don't launch: All waitlist data will be deleted within 30 days of that decision.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:

Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
Rectification — Correct inaccurate data
Erasure — Request deletion of your data at any time
Withdraw consent — Unsubscribe from any email or contact us to be removed
Portability — Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

6. Cookies

Our waitlist landing page does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. We don't track your browsing behavior.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which encrypts data in transit and at rest.

We may update this policy as Pinna evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist subscribers. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
